Gundog Training Northamptonshire

Working Gundog Students with their Gundogs
enjoying summer training in Northamptonshire on Sunday evenings, these students are learning about off lead heelwork, steadiness, patience, directional work, basic handling skills, recall, hunting, mark retrieves, memory retrieves.

All our training is structured with levels of attainment over a series of grades and assessments.

Our training is highly disciplined for those who aspire to work a proper hunting dog, despite this we find their is high demand with owners who have submissive dogs who just require a general level of obedience and an increase in self confidence.

Our aim is to produce an enjoyable non competitive learning environment, without losing site of what a proper hunting dog is all about, "finding dead and wounded game". Our students enter our training programs at the basic level and then decided how far they wish to travel ! 90% complete their training with a better behaved dog, 50% complete their training having achieved 85% of the required level.

Our next course starts in Northamptonshire 11th July 2010
